About Us

We got married 2/29/2012 - We blended our family - We both pursued college educations, Heather in Nursing and Paul as a Paramedic - We got pregnant. The shock of our lives- IDENTICAL TWIN BOYSWe moved several times We advanced our careersLife got busier, Finances got crazier. Our relationship got tough, parenting got tough, work got tough, life got tough! Arguments increased in frequency, voices became raised, our home became dividedWe loved each other, but in a different way. After trying everything we could think of, talking to multiple counselors and therapists, eventually we got divorcedWe struggled when parenting separately, and our kids started acting outAfter our divorce, we took time to evaluate and invest in ourselvesWe attended several coaching courses, had real and meaningful conversations with one anotherWe experienced so much growth individually, together, and as a familyOn 2/29/24, we remarried each other, with a new approach to our relationship

Our relationship was on the rocks for years! We tried everything!! Counseling didn't seem to help. We both felt like no one understood us. Our relationship was failing, and our family was falling apart more each passing day. Trust for one another was completely gone, and it felt like we would NEVER trust each other again. As we talked with others inside our professions, we found that MOST of our friends and co-workers had unresolved marital issues or had floated between numerous relationships.

After addressing our own challenges, we are excited to say, we have never been closer, we have rebuilt our trust again, and we are more in love with each other than we ever thought possible. As we continued to grow, we vowed to do everything we can to help other responders and healthcare professionals strengthen their relationships.
